We woke up to a little snow today, But it started melting off. We are hoping for a white Christmas though. My kids are upset that is has been so cold but there isn’t enough snow to go sledding.

$300 Sink in a $40,000 Condo…

I showed a condo in Twin Lakes Village today that is for sale for $40,000. The sink and faucet were installed on a lower quality laminate counter top and they look totally out of place in the condo. The condo has nice open ceilings and looks like it could be a ski chalet.

I showed a home today that had a dog door at the house that connected to a covered “doggie tunnel” that led to an enclosed dog yard.

I showed a property today in Sandpoint that is an unfinished shop designed like a moniter style barn with a guest home above it. The unfinished portion has really nice wood beams and the way it was laid out it looked like it could be a small church.
